As a child of the 80’s, I love 80’s music.  I have a pretty decent collection of various remixed 80’s tunes.  A friend recently asked me to make a mix cd for him, consisting of only 80’s remixes.  The new post is this result.  Right now, my music collection is split between two different cities.  I’m currently renting right now, and as soon as I buy a place of my own, I’m finally going to be able to re-unite the two collections.  So, there are some 90’s tracks on this mix that I had to use as filler.  Anyways, hope you enjoy.  Tracklist after the jump…

 Enhanced Podcast [74:34m]: Play Now | Play in Popup | Download

The new mix starts off with the latest release from Misstress Barbara.  She covers famous Canadian singer, songwriter, musician, poet and novelist, Leonard Cohen and even uses her own vocals.  Cohen’s various releases on various media has spawned over several generations in Canada, and I think that Barbara does justice in this cover.  There’s a few mistakes in the mix that I’m not too happy about, hence the name.  I’m sorry, I didn’t cut up the whole mix and break it up into proper chapters.  I made this mix really late in the day and ran out of time.  I have to leave in the morning to catch a plane out of town for a few weeks.  I might have to do it properly at a later day.  Tracklist after the jump.
